"I really wanted to submit a positive review regarding this location. Briefly, this location is lazy, inadequate, and will most likely give you the stomach problems you might have heard from a little birdy. I've had mediocre experiences here before, but this occasion was disappointing and embarrassing (from an ex-employee point of view). The location was 2 hours from closing and the three young male staff all indicated there was no more chicken or barbacoa, and they would not be making any. I was ready to buy 2 burritos and 1 bowl ($35+) as I love to have leftovers for my Monday. Instead, I bought 1 burrito for $11, that didn’t meet an impressive baseline. I asked the initial worker if more food was coming, he replied “this is what I have.” I’m sorry? I’ve never seen that from Chipotle. Where is the urgency? Finally, what you need to know, the shift lead never offered me anything. They were out of guacamole, to even offer as fairness. As an ex employee, I’ve never seen such. Go support your local taqueria."

"Great customer service! I ordered the crispy tacos with brown rice, sofritos, corn salsa, cheese and guacamole. Super delish, I was unaware the guacamole was extra, I think if the staff asks if I want guac they should follow up stating there’s an extra charge. But the tacos were super delish! I also ordered a large bag of chips only to find out it’s the same size of the regular size. As a side note I tried ordering online for the free guacamole on Feb 29 th but was unable to apply the code. Also, how can I order a large bag of chips online!!??"

"A couple of the front staff are 5 stars and you know who you :) are everybody else I've interacted with here is very rude and cold for some reason. I come back because a couple of the girls in front are very friendly and remember me and don't skimp out on cheap toppings."

"Im a vegetarian and ordered a SOFRITA bowl online. I had a side of queso which has this big ol chunk of STEAK in it!! Unacceptable this cross food contamination. Do better."

"Extremely disappointed to get a guacamole this color delivered at 11:15am. Of course it's not the first time it's happened but this is the worst it has ever been and there is no excuse. I would have preferred a call informing me they only have brown guacamole and I would have canceled that item. I would not feed this to by dog or give it to a hungry homeless person. It can possibly cause digestive issues due to the exetremy low quality of a guacamole."
