Personally felt like it was perfect portion for small pho, I didn’t feel like I overate. 3 colored drink was good, i like that it wasn’t super sweet, the red stuff was clumped together and could use some work. overall would come again"

"I don't like talking negatively about businesses and I know inflation is bad and businesses are struggling.... but to dish out an extra large noodle dish and the noodles could be picked up in less than a handful is an absolute disgrace. In addition, there were about maybe 4 pieces of small beef chunks in three beef stew, dry and chewy with no tendon. Sadly, this is not a one off as ALL Hoa Viet locations in the Sacramento region have gone downhill in a big big way in both QUALITY and QUANTITY. PS ordered a rice dish as well and say Say-a-Nora to it as well."

"A typical place for Pho. They offer 3 different sizes for the pho: small, large and extra large. Price is reasonable and service is excellent. Except the Pho, they have a very large selection of other Vietnamese dishes. I don’t attach all menu pages here. The owner should be a Vietnamese since I heard she was speaking Vietnamese."

"I had lunch at this restaurant many times. Everything is beautiful and delicious. There are downsides. For a few thin pieces of lemon take an additional fee. A meat dish can consist of three small pieces of meat. I do not advise you to order fried foods. From an uncleaned skillet, the teeth grind black residue. it is not pleasant to drink from plastic old and dirty glasses. Otherwise, it's not bad. I can't recommend it."
