"The evening staff today 03/03/2024 was terrible and incredibly rude! They were unable to complete my order and didn't even bother to inform me. I didn't realize until I got home that my French dips were missing the au jus. I then returned to the restaurant, while my food got cold, only to be greeted with attitude and refusal to make my order right! And refused to refund my order! Worst service ever... and California just raised fast food workers pay? The management should require better.. the customer should receive better! Completely unacceptable!"

"I live 6 minutes from the restaurant and by time I got home the sandwiches had cold enough that I had to rewarm them. The cheese was no longer soft. The employees didn't seem to know a lot about the seasonal foods."

"On December 28, 2023 at 4:50 pm my family went to Arby's fast food restaurant to get something to eat, my pregnant mom wanted to go to the restroom to relieve herself but the girl at the register refused to open the door. toilet, which made my mother very nervous because she was pregnant and couldn’t stand it. The staff was very rude. In the end, we didn't place an order and left."

"I would never recommend eating at this place . I was eating my food and notice a big white lint in my food . Took it out and then noticed a piece of hair on my bun .. I then proceeded to call and ask for manager one girl handed the phone to another lady .. who was doing the drive through who kept yelling in the phone anything else I said I would like to speak to the manager ..then finally spoke to the male manager who did not let me get one word in said I need to bring the whole sandwich back .. well here u go u all should be fired. Worst customer service. Worst word Worst never again ."
