"A Western burger here tastes like the usual Western burger. We stopped by late night around 11pm after finding out they open until midnight. Ordered the Western Burger meal and enjoyed the food in the well lit parking lot."

"Found a hair on my burger, this location doesn’t taste as good. I always ask for my food to be fresh(especially fries). And it’s always old. Now Carl’s Jr is the best burger place I expect fresh food good tasting food but I learned this location doesn’t have that at the hour i do 10pm-12am. The Sheldon location taste way better"

"Went through Drive-Thru. I placed my order and my burger (Lettuce Wrap) was wrong. I asked for it without onions, pickles mustard and ketchup. I specifically said "Mayo Only". I repeated my order to her and she (the girl on the intercom) repeated it back. It was not until I got home when I noticed my order was wrong. My granddaughters chicken stars were burnt, the French fries (crispy cut and regular) were soggy. I asked for a large coke and was given a diet Coke. Yes I was extremely upset because my granddaughters had a look of disappointment. One of my granddaughters didn't even eat! I paid over fifty bucks for my food and to not get my order right was a huge disappointment to me. I will not be going to that place again!!"

"Neve have this happen to me before at this location,but today what I got when I order large French fries,look like midium and only half in the box , and my famous star burger, no tomatoes and the meat really thin looks like cheese burger at McDonald’s for the kid"
