This is about the 3rd time I ordered from them and they DID NOT get my order correct again. Between the negative atmosphere and the lack of following basic skills I have had enough!!!"

"Love the Staff! Way cool workers who always get my sandwich right. ALEX IS AWESOME:-) EDIT: ONE YEAR LATER, NO ALEX. 2 HORRIBLE NEW SANDWICH MAKERS! Last Friday, I ordered 3 Footlongs. I noticed the worker put Tuna on one. (I did not order Tuna) when I told him NOT TUNA, ITS A chicken terriaki. HE PULLED THE CHEESE OFF & PUT IT BACK WITH THE Other CHEESE, SCRAPPED THE TUNA OFF THE BREAD, BACK INTO THE TUNA CONTAINER, AND STARTED TO USE THE SAME BREAD!!! WHEN I ASKED FOR NEW BREAD, HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEANT! I DONT WANT TUNA ON MY CHICKEN SANDWICH! BUT LO & BEHOLD, ALL THREE OF OUR SANDWICHES TASTED Like TUNA FROM THE CROSS- CONTAMINATION (GLOVES, CHEESE, AND LETTUCE) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ENTITLED EYE-ROLLING EMPLOYEE."

"They didn’t even cut it in half…. Need I say more? I will anyway. The guy putting on the toppings must have been leaving a trail for the mice. The strings of lettuce were few and far between. They thought Italian herb and cheese was a sandwich not a bread. They must have been fake employees I thought I was being punked."

"Always good food and service is excellent. Typically order online and it's always ready on time for pickup. Tuna is my go to but typically try their specials when they come out."
