"Really bad customer service skills. The two young females the night of 2/2/24 did not even acknowledge me standing in line to waiting to pay. They were too busy talking about their personal life and their ex's freely during my whole transaction. Very unprofessional, please rethink your hiring process and establish some customer service training for those poor performing employees."

"I went to Windsor for a wedding guest dress and Monae was amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me find the right one! She also brought me shoes to pull the whole look together! She is someone you want helping you find what your looking for super friendly and very respectful of your space and time! If you go to Windsor to find a dress ask for Monae!!"

"I always loved shopping at this specific location every time I came to visit California but it’s clear they have new managers because the store is complete trash ! The racks are shoved with clothes can’t even pull a blouse out of the racks to see what it is. They don’t greet anyone anymore they didn’t once offer me any type of help all the employees there were doing there own thing not wanting to engage at all with anyone. The old manager Ariana was always super helpful I never had to tell her i needed a fitting room she always offered one right away. When I asked one of the girls there for one she said go to the last one which was full of other peoples tried on clothes. Everything was wrong I always spend a lot of money here but not this time. Left with one blouse… sadly. You need new managers because it’s obvious this new guy is clueless on how to run a business!!!"

"The girls here are extremely rude!!! Two of them were standing talking away about there personal life. I asked the one in charge of the fitting room I suppose or whatever for some help and she pointed rather then physically directing me to what I was looking for. They were absolute no help. The cashier I can’t recall her name was very nice and helpful though. But the other two girls had an attitude."

"Clothes are overpriced but I went in to look at the accessories because they’re usually reasonably priced. I went over to look at some shoes in another area and associate comes all the way from register to ask if I needed her to put the jewelry at the register while I finish looking around(as if I was going to steal some $9.50 jewelry) so I will never spend another dime at this place on anything."
