"Literally had the worst experience ever when i went in there. The manger there named Liz was checking our receipt to see if we stolen anything or if the cashier give us a big discount. She was chasing us around the store and wont let us look at things. she was being so racist and being such discrimination person. We talked to these other guys and they felt the same way. Liz should get fired but they wont fire her because the main manger are family member. They have gotten so many complains about her but they wont fire her due to being a family member."

"I had never seen that before. One of the young salesmen took me to the cash register to pay for my items. I wanted to pay a part in cash and a part in credit card. He tried to charge me more than 50$. The manager came and repared his voluntary mistakes. Scamming customers in a store what professionalism. While visiting, I spent more than 500$ in this store over two weeks. I will not come back again. The young employee should be fired immediately"

"I finally got my bag delivered! Okay I really like the quality of Tommy Hilfiger bags and they are easily identified when you're picking up your luggage at the airport. However, We visited the outlet store in Carlsbad and it was bad. We asked someone where the duffle bags were and they replied they didn't have any. Okay but after a couple minutes in the store we found a whole section of them. Then we asked someone else for a price check and they said we had to wait in line at the front. Okay when we got the price check it was higher than online. I asked if they price match their online prices and they seemed super confused by the question. Then I asked if I could have the bags delivered and they didn't think so but didn't know lol. Um, okay. Finally I asked if I could at least sign up for their rewards program and they asked me what I was purchasing and that I could only sign up when I bought something. I left and ordered online."
