"It's a typical Wendy's. When we went through the drive-thru they did not put one of our sandwiches in the bag, fortunately we realized it before we left the parking lot. My husband went back in and they promptly gave him the missing sandwich without any argument."

"I'm frustrated. This is 3rd time I've gone to this location, ordered the Jr cheeseburger 4 for 4 bag. My total ends up being more than it should be and I receive a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I finally called out on it and they say it's not an available option... but it's on the menu??!!?? I mentioned if that's not really an option, Than why is it on the menu? I just get a shrug. They gave me a Jr cheeseburger instead but i still paid for a Jr bacon biggie bag. Not a huge difference, just annoying. Not a fan of Wendy's anyway. Except for a frosty, of course."

"I bought this grilled chicken wrap couples times in past. But this time the wrap was so thin so skippy. Will never order from here."

"This natomas service location is so bad. I ordered the $5. Biggie meal, attack no cheese no pickles with small sprite no ice and 2 baked potatoes with shredded cheese. I asked the lady twice to read my order. I get to the window and said biggie no cheese no pickles and she confirms. I ask about the baked potato and realizes it's with the nasty cheese sauce and then she asked is it okay so I said fine no but I want shredded cheese and they give it to me. Then I'm waiting for my drink never got that and as I open up my order my double stack has bacon in it which I cannot eat and so I go back to the drive-thru and I tell them what happened and the young lady with the hoodie gives me an attitude and gives me another double stop I open it up and it has cheese in it. And I continuously asked for a receipt never got it. How you going to give me an attitude for your screw up. I was courteous and polite. Should have gone to the one at Northgate. The chicken nuggets tasted dry as if it had been sitting there and the fries were cold when I got home (7 minutes) drive. Extremely disappointed"

"Came out to try the new Wendy’s in north Natomas. It’s conveniently located right off the freeway. I went through their drive through lane and they were able to help get folks through the line quickly. More importantly both the gentleman accepting payments and the woman handing out orders were super friendly. They made me feel welcomed - excellent customer service! For food, I went a little rogue and tried their special ghost pepper ranch chicken. I do like spicy food and I know ghost pepper is very hot. However, it wasn’t too spicy, so don’t be worried about trying it because it was pretty tasty."
