"Probably one of the smallest and useless forever 21 location . The store is extremely tiny . This is the lalala land of low quality cheap polyester and pleather . You d be lucky if the clothes last more than a couple wash . The prices are around 30 40$ for a whatever dress . Kinda surprise to see this kind of store in a luxury outlet . Everything is cramp together . They try to stuff as much as they can in the space . On the plus side was greeted at the door , staff is polite and friendly . Bright lights and not much of a line outside nor inside . If you like forever 21 the one in south coast plaza is much better . Larger stock more choices huge store ( 2 levels) . The one in cabazon is a joke. I did not purchase anything so i cant speak for the cashier / purchase or return experience . This store is a waste of time overall barely anything in there."

"This was the worse forever21 I've ever been to. And I've been to very many. Stood in line for almost 20mins. Nice mens wear area. Theres was a clearance rack. But no plus size area. Also I did the leg work. There was absolutely no finding of size large. Tons of size small. A teaspoon of size medium. But large was if your lucky. Service was ok. Not many accessories. If your a size small you have nothing to worry about shopping here. Just be sure to have something cold to drink while you wait. It was soooooo hot!"
