"If the drive thru is open the dining room should also be open! It only takes 2 people to staff this location. I know because I have been here dozens of times! INHO there is no acceptable reason for this to occur. Update: On 3/15/23 at about 7:45 a.m. the dining room was open. I had their delicious fish sandwich and french fries. I belong to the Carl's Jr rewards program. This enables to me get free food most of the times I patronize Carl's. To obtain rewards I suggest that you use their phone app to order. You can also earn points by scanning your receipts. The only way to redeem rewards is by placing orders on the app."

"The box are not correct for the sandwiches. And the sandwiches looks totally different from the pictures on the post. I bought this chicken sandwich because the picture has tomatoes and lettuce and bacon, but the one we got only have pickles."
