"This store will be closed in a about year from now. Why? Well why would i come and buy clothes that i cannot try on. This place is only good for items like cheap candles and cheap stuff. With a low inventory and selection. I rather go to Ontario and drive and extra 30 miles than ever go to the Redlands location."

"This is a good store, lots of merchandise, but be warned wear a jacket! They keep this store so cold and the second problem, no restrooms!!! I have been in this store 2x over the last 3 months and both times they say their bathrooms are closed! Hundreds of people come through that store every day and no bathrooms?? Are they allowed to do this?? Other than that, it's your typical Burlington, lots of stuff, very inexpensive, a little messy, but fun to spend a few hours...if you don't have to pee!!"

"I put two stars instead of one, because honestly Kristen was awesome, she provided excellent customer service! My reasoning for the little star review was because of the LINE!!! it took an hour and 45 minutes to pay for my merchandise waiting in line!!! Update: November 15, 2023 , Review above is from three months ago, I’ve returned to the same location, employee name Savannah helped me find a tie, and allowed me to use the restroom while waiting in line, and also what is my cashier, when I shopped at this location (for my second visit). Three months ago, I was not allowed to use the restroom, disregarding the fact that the line wait was almost 2 hours long. Today I only waited in line for 10 minutes and I got to use the restroom. And prices were unbeatable. Very happy for the improvement, hopefully it stays this way! Changing my two stars ⭐️ ⭐️ to the to three ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ experience. Thank you."
