Told me it's leaking freon and that it's a special new kind so they will get in a few days. I called the company they sent their rep and we found out there was no leak, just had to reset a switch. So grossly misdiagnosed the problem. Sent them home to fix my ac. They charged $350 for half an hour visit and the ac worked just a few hours. Called them again, and again, ac stopped working after a few hours. Then they kept telling me they would come to check but never showed up."
