"Walmart is attacked all the time for how it treats workers but some how carters stays small or irrelevant enough to sneak around. I worked retail most of my life I was a store manager for a pharmacy and a asm for Walmart. It’s shocking seeing how poorly these managers are at Carters. They obviously have zero training. They just hand the keys to someone who can fold clothes or put a few boxes of clothes out. That’s the only qualification to be a store manager at carters. It doesn’t matter if you respect labor laws. It doesn’t matter if you gossip about your workers creating fights and a weird work environment. Coaching and employee here is at a thing they prefer write up not only do they prefer write up the store manger tells the entire store before she tells the person be “ written up”. I watched as the last manger texted workers all the time illegally. Said terrible things behind backs of other workers. They promoted this wicked woman. They sent another lady who Carrie’s on the Trend of texting hourly workers to complain out work form the previous day. Ignores that we coach today and uses write ups as a threat then gossips about it. The district manger is part of the problem you need cooperate HR to train these so called store managers. If you feed the reviews there are several ex workers saying similar things and they keep pretending the manger isn’t the issue. They have to be the last retail company around using “write ups” like threats. It’s 2023 you coach people to improve. Simple!"

"Finally visited this location (on a sunday). I usually frequent the Temecula location, but am going to go to this one from now on. Not only was there better selection, but staff were helpful and clothes were well organized and less picked over. Also, more room to roll a stroller around(even my double one). Can't say that about the other location, so cramped there!"
