"Honestly, in Lake Elsinore, for several years now this is the only store that I shop at when I need clothes for special events like going out or just casual, shorts and tees. Moderately priced but affordable, fitting rooms are managed well and clean, the checkout staff are extremely kind, positive, happy to help and efficient. Best to bring your Guess card though as their computer system doesn’t seem to work when locating your account using correct information and time is lost."

I highly recommend they review their outlet discount discription. I felt like they decided to modify it to their convenience all the other stores honored my triple a discount except this location. I will never shop here Again you totally lost a customer. I've been in customer service for a well known bank for almost 10 years and let me say I go above and beyond for my customers and their experiences.
