"HORRIBLE customer service. Visited this morning with my family and was not greeted. No help offered as I walked the store. The Asian manager was running around giving all the team members their sales quotas for the day. Well she was so focused she bumped into my 7 year old and DID NOT say sorry. Instead she look at me crazy and continued running around the store. I planned on buying a few items but decided to go to another location."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a bag recently and ended up with a poor quality one. I used it once and the leather is already rubbing off. I could not return or exchange it. Employees are so quick to sell anything to hit sales goals, but when it comes to unhappy customers or returns/exchanges, they somehow can’t do anything about it. I am never purchasing anything from this store every again in my whole life and I swear by it. Never again."
