"It's just an OK location. We were completely ignored at the checkout whilst a new employee was coached by a seasoned employee on how to use the phone. No eye contact. No acknowledgement that we were standing there waiting. This is basic customer service at any establishment. Once we were helped, they were great. Edit: losing a star because of a messy store, and at least one moron employee who doesn't know how to wear a mask. (See picture). We've since returned several times and they're definitely improving. Returning their stars to them. Up to 5 stars on most recent visit."

"Tilly's encourages people to review products they have purchased, but if you leave a 1 or 2 star review they will not let it appear on their website. This is not specific to this store but to their general online store. I have been burned by that website too many times now so I am posting this review on as many of their locations as I can so consumers can be aware that the reviews on the site are not honest. They also conveniently leave certain details out of product descriptions. Buyer beware."

"Great selection of street brand clothes for both genders. Has kids clothes as well. Staff is very helpful and let's you shop and look around without being pushy. Always has good shoe selection with plenty of sizes. Would recommend"

"I worked during the holidays and it was absolutely painful to get through the day. A couple of the managers were pretty helpful and easy to work with, and same with a few other employees. Everyone else was stubborn, fake, unhappy, and flat out cynical. I've never been in such a hostile work environment that encourages the "employees" to be "friendly". If you go to Tilly's, I recommend the one in Irvine Spectrum or something else. These people are not helpful at all."

"DO NOT SHOP THERE! DO NOT SHOP THERE!DO NOT SHOP THERE! The worst store ever! Won't shop there and won't recommend it to anybody! Just avoid this place! I don't know how others give this place 4 stars and good reviews. The staff are rude and impolite. My daughter bought a pair of shoes for her sister as a gift. It didn't fit her size when she tried that at home. I returned the shoe to the store for exchange and they didn't accept it. The manager said although the shoe looks fine, but it's not clean. You should have cleaned it before bringing to store. I explained that the shoe is not worn and my daughter just tried it inside the home and you can clean it here, but the employee was so rude and impolite and didn't care basically for my explanation! If I could give it a zero star I would have given. DO NOT SHOP THERE!"
