"I love shopping at Smart & Final. Great selection of items....friendly staff. I purchase an item that showed that it was on sale, however, when I went to check-out the price showed the original amount. Shane, store personnel was quick to remedy the situation....he apologized for the error ....not only did he refund me for the original cost of the item that I paid for ...he gave me the item for free saying that it was an error on the store's part. Kudos to Shane and the staff at Smart & Final."

"I come here probably 4 times a week to buy our grocery's The people who work there are so friendly, I don't know them Al by name but Kelly and Domenique are always so nice! And everyone is always ready to help if I can not find a product. The products are good , there is a lots of choice and they often have great discounts! Also a big parking lot , which is very easy.
