Funky Fries and Burgers

"I had asked for a double Burger , Cooked MEDIUM R A R E , and was assured " No problem " the server , before taking the meal from the cook, asked , " Is it Medium Rare ? " and was told immediately Yes , When I got home this is what I got . I called back immediately and was told I could come back in and get a replacement, Medium Rare double Burger , so the next day , Right at opening, I was there , asked for the manager , whom I was told th night before that she would be there, well she wasn't, the young lady that was helping me , told me that ( " Probably ) the reason I didn't get it MR was because they do Not serve Medium Rare burgers , " I assured Her, that in Deed in the past I had purchased Many times MR burgers there , and she said," while that may HAVE. Been the case back whenever, they in fact ,No longer server that there any longer, I have her my card and asked for the female ma ager to please call me back, it's been 2 weeks now , Nothing My advise to All, and Everyone , go to The Outback, or Texas Road House , Both very near , for an OutStanding MR burger Boycott this less than respectful business Cheers"

"The food was good. I got the hangover burger 5 out of 5 (sunny side up egg in it) the fries were good too . I ordered some jalapeño poppers they was aight 3out of 5 . My fiancee got the Philly steak burger she gave it a 4, and she said it needed like a sauce or onion she still enjoyed it"

"I would give this place a 4.5 rating, if I could. My bbq bacon burger was excellent, a 5 rating. Sweet bbq sauce, good burger, good onion ring, tasty bacon, and crispy lettuce. The fries compare to In-N-Out, not my favorite, but they did season with salt and pepper, something different, still only a 3 rating. I did like them having a “Stubborn Soda” machine, good interesting flavors. Very nice service provided and the place was clean. Highly recommended."

"Right from the beginning, this was a bit of an iffy visit. We arrived and were not greeted by anyone at the register so we figured the only option was to use the kiosks on the side to order which was fine. We used them to place our order but had to walk up to the register to pay as the card reader wasn't working. Had to beg for drink cups and the cashier had to triple check the receipt to make sure we ordered drinks. Then, there was no ice in the machine which they knew but didn't bother telling their customers nor did they offer the option of a cold, bottled beverage in lieu of warm fountain drinks. Getting the food was chaotic. They brought it out in several small installments believing they were done with our order each time. We ordered the cream corn bites which were delicious and came out first. A kids Mac n cheese with tots and a chocolate shake which came out last and we had to ask where it was twice because everyone but my youngest already had their food and was eating, but it was good Mac n cheese and the tots were good. Kids burger and fries with a chocolate shake had a very dry and overcooked patty and over seasoned French fries. Mac n cheese burger was my favorite bite of the night even though, again, the patty was over cooked and dry(I even ordered mine medium but it definitely came out well done!) The fried Mac n cheese was really good! Pizza burger toppings were also delicious even with its equally dry burger patty. The onion rings were only OK. We also ordered the gigantic chocolate overload milkshake which turned out to be 50% whipped cream and very runny/ thin milkshake. Overall, I think this place has great concepts but needs to work on their execution."

"All around great place. Right off as we walked in a worker greeted us to assist with picking what we wanted from menu. Shee explained itemsoff the menu. Answered every question we had. Gave us recommendations. Plus showed us the popular items. Food was awesome."
