Pizza Hut

"I was a walk-in at the El Cajon store and ordered two meat lover melts with extra cheese, I was told it would take ten minutes while I waited. Twenty minutes later they couldn't find my order so they made me a new order. This one only took ten minutes, but when I checked it - it was extremely hard (over cooked) and appeared to have NO cheese, so much for being a melt! So instead of wasting more of my time: I took the two melts, donated them to one of the local homeless encampments, and went to Dominos Pizza to get something edible. The homeless were very appreciative, but Pizza Hut has definitely changed for the worse! I will NOT be returning."

"I ordered curbside pick up and waited more than 10 mins while the staff was on break. I had to get off and ask for the pizza. I told them I ordered curbside but like many fast food places the staff didn’t care at all. PIZZA HUT please do something about the TIP feature, you want the customers to leave a tip before knowing the type of low quality service we will receive? Definitely won’t be coming here again."

"Pizza was ok, I got the pan pizza and normally the crust is soft and puffy but this time it seemed over cooked on both pizzas. I also got the cinnamon rolls and ordered extra icing that they forgot and had to go back to get & the Large cookie I was very hard and crumbled. It was not warm or soft like the pizza hut on Chase and Avocado, seemed like it had been cooked way ahead of time and definitely over cooked!"

"This Pizza Hut is not average. The customer service is next level, as well as the quality of pizza. I've probably ordered from here 10 times, always perfection."

"I called this place tonight to order some pizza. When they asked me for my name I said Pete, then the lady said, "Me?" and I said no, Peter. So right then I knew it would be a challenge. When I asked for specials or deals they were offering she still didn't understand me. So communication was the first issue. I ordered a large 3 topping with stuffed crust. I asked for extra sauce, pepperonis and cheese. As you could see from the photo, there was hardly any extra sauce on the pizzas. I also asked for square cut by that never happened as well. Instead I extra cut it myself as you could see in the photos. The crust was also really, really thin. Now normally I go to Little Ceasars but this time I went to Pizza Hut for the stuffed crust. Needless to say Pizza Hut failed to deliver and I regret not going to Little Ceasers instead. For a lower price I could've had a better pizza. I'll really think twice before going here again or recommending the place to family or friends. I'll give them this though, I went to carry out and when I arrived my pizza was ready. At least service was fast so 2 Stars instead of one. They missed 3 ok stars cause they didn't square cut or put extra sauce."
