G by GUESS

"I always love shopping at g by guess. Every store I go to is great and this trip was no different. I was promptly greeted at the door and as I wandered around I was asked if I needed help. Eventually I decided to get a watch and the process of them opening the case was seamless despite the watch I wanted not having a tag on it. They got it figured out and I made my purchase and left happy."

"Where do i start....well the customer service i see from shopping at guess is a thing of the past.i am a loyal guess shopper so is my brother we have guess rewards cards and has shopped in guess stores from europe to north america and by far they should be given the reward for the WORST guess store in the country shame on them.after my experience with there rudeness and disrespectful staff im now considering a new brand to spend my hard earn money on .one girl with the black hair kept following us which was weird and when asked why she would roll her eyes and neck .i really dont have a clue what that means i use my mouth to speak, and then when asked for the manager.wow she wasnt even close to helpful same attitude problem.i personally feel as a black woman they were definitely profiling me and my brother . we was the only black people in the store at the time and the store was busy so why are you following us with angry faces . i Guess i wont be spending my black money with guess then. To many other brands that will appreciate us black people"

"This store is like a nightmare! The manger LIZ is unbelievably rude! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM G BY GUESS! NEVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN! Every time I try to make an online return, their system is down and they have to put the numbers manually! Every time there is one or two items that they are not able to return. Everytime I have to spend over an hour to make returns! This last time, not even I was there for over 2 hours, but also I saw the rudest manger of my life! LIZ!!! She was extremely impolite and was not looking at me when I was talking. Then, like always, she told she could not find one of the item and then she won't return it! when I started to explain to her that this happens everytime, she did not let me talk and then I asked to let me finish! GUESS WHAT? SHE TOLD ME "DON'T GIVE ME ATTITUDE"!!!!! This was unbelievable! Does a manager talk to customers like this? I can write a page if I want to talk about all of her rude behaviours! But I don't want to waste more time with this company anymore! Long story short! I was there for 2 hours and at the end she could not return two of my items! I had been calling customer service for a week! I was on the line for 1.40 min until someone answered the phone! They told me the district manager would call me soon and they never did!!!! Apart from the customer service which is horrible, the clothings' material is terrible too! I got a dress and a jumpsuit and after wearing them once only, they should go to the trash! They will not return it after the tag is removed!I have attached the picture for one of them! I had this jumpsuit on only for 3 hours!"
