"Avoid this store! They refuse refunds even for unusable products, and this happened within less than 24 hours of purchase! I initially bought a ring, but when I got home, I couldn't figure out how to put it back together (apparently, it's a puzzle ring). I hoped someone at the store could assist, but no one could solve it. After struggling, I managed to find something else in the store and asked for a refund for the remainder of my purchase, but the store owner showed no interest in helping and didn't agree to the refund. I understand if they have a policy for changing one's mind, but this was about returning an item that couldn't be used because it didn't mention anywhere that it was a puzzle ring when I bought it. Extremely disappointing. They gave me store credit, but I have no intention of returning to this store."
