"This place sells cute kid stuffed animals and books but doesn’t allow kids to touch them. Seems backwards to me. My baby, who just started walking, waddled into the store and started touching the stuffed animals. I was right behind him and he was totally fine, just being a baby and the associate snapped at me and said “You really need to watch him, he can’t be running around touching everything. The store owner is watching and just called and said he can’t be in here.” What a shame because I was actually about to buy something for him too but instead grabbed him and got out of there. I realize he’s a handful, he’s a BABY! I’m doing my best to be patient with him and also respectful of the store. He did knock over a basket of tiny stuffed animals and I immediately picked it up and apologized. I’m doing my best over here, you don’t have to shame me over my waddling baby who’s just touching the things that entice him….KIDS TOYS! Don’t sell them if you don’t want kids touching them!"
