"Came in to dine and advised the wait was for 15 mins at 8am. I was by myself and saw about 6 empty tables, but ok i waited. Suddenly a party of 5 walked in and got seated then and there. I guess they're about profit. Totally understand but I will never come back here."

"Quite pleasantly surprised when my parents wanted to take the family here. Good food! Please note: they put pancake batter IN the scrambled eggs!! Ask for cracked eggs if gluten free/sensitive/dietary restrictions. The waitress was FABULOUS and very attentive!"

"We got here just in time. It was Sunday at 1130 am. We were greeted with a smile and only had to wait for a table for a few minutes. Our wait staff was there quickly to take our order. We ordered a meal to share, which was plenty for the two of us. When our order arrived she even remembered an extra plate. We had the South West omelet. The food was a bit bland but not too bad. The coffee was strong."

"IHOP is a nice location. The staff is why I'm giving you at such a high rating. Now full disclosure I am not a breakfast person only reason I came here was because it was my wife's birthday and she loves breakfast food.Also because I like to save some money and I saw a commercial for for $4.99 or free with a breakfast order. I just wanted to have breakfast and so did the wife and her little girl 2 year old. The food was good not bad at all cooked properly as I requested them. My biggest complaint about the food however was the pancakes, now I know it was an all you can eat pancakes, but at least finish cooking them... By that I mean that they were a little undercooked. the cool thing is that at the table they have four different types of syrup. Basically I did not love this place but it is not bad, you should give it a chance make up your own decision. Oh I did forget to mention they do have an outdoor seating area as well. no one was using that when I was there I think it may have been that it was kind of cold outside."
