"Kevin made my whole night! Best over the phone customer service that I think I've ever received! So patient with my endless questions, and extra requests on the pizza. I really appreciated him and the delivery driver whose name I can't remember. Great food and amazing service. I'm a happy customer!"
"Older female employee was extremely rude! I had entered location 2x even though requested curbside.The first time an employee stated they were slammed and my order was not ready! Gave another 10mins and entered only to be told I never responded “Here” which I had and showed her the text. She said well they never got it with a condescending attitude… my food was cold and she refused any compensation! As I was leaving she made a comment under her breath as I’m halfway out the door!"
"I called in 2 cheese pizzas, pretty easy right?! They gave me one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza. We don’t eat pork so I took it back then had to wait another 15-20 minutes for new one so now one pizza is hot and the other is cold! They should have reimbursed me for the inconvenience alone or gave me a free soda while I wait or something! Won’t be going back here again."
"ORDERED IN STORE YESTERDAY AND WAS TRYING TO ENTER MY ORDER TO EARN REWARDS AND KEPT GETTING AN ERROR, CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE "MANAGER" AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NO ORDER UNDER MY NUMBER BUT I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND GAVE THE ORDER TAKER MY PHONE NUMBER, WOULDN'T ASSIST ME WHEN THEIR REWARDS IS SOOOO DUMB, EVEN IF YOU ORDER $100 YOU STILL ONLY EARN 10 POINTS, YOU ORDER $20 YOU STILL GET 10 POINTS... WHO DOES THAT???? THEN MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE STORE MOMENTS AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT I ENTERED IT TOO MANY TIMES THAT IS WHY I AM GETTING THE ERROR, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, I ONLY ENTERED IT TWICE. THE WAY THE COOK THEIR PIZZA AND OTHER FOOD IS ALWAYS HIT AND MISS, NO CONSISTENCY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER, IF YOU THEY WANNA RETAIN CUSTOMERS, THEY NEED TO BE NICE, EXTRA NICE SINCE THEIR PAY COMES FROM THE CUSTOMERS WHO BUY THEIR FOOD, NO CUSTOMERS, NO PAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!"
"Last night i spent 60.00 on one pizza with 4 toppings and one with two toppings both medium and two orders of brownies one with nine pieces and one with six. Two one liters of coke and just The coke alone was ten dollars. Why aren't the prices reflecting the prices on line? And what are Eastlake drivers the worst drivers in all of san diego?"
