"Horrible customer service here. The workers are lazy and do not care for their customers. White/Mexican man tried to make me wait for my online order to be fulfilled at the store when we literally the shirt was right in front of both of us. Needs to be fired immediately or retrained because nobody seemed to like him anyways. Luckily another man was more helpful and understanding.. Will not return to this one ever. Reading previous reviews makes it more clear that I wasn't the only one who had to deal with the rude staff."

"So I called the store asking if I could exchange 3 shirts (no receipt or tags) and was told it would be acceptable depending on the quality of the shirts. so I drive there just to have my time wasted by this minisculed I’ll-mannered female. Literally called to avoid being rejected and I get rejected... Please educate your employees on the return policy so customers don’t wsste their time."

"With warm weather finally around the corner (hopefully), I needed to get some new swimwear. Had great luck at Pac Sun and was able to find two different suits that look great and weren’t expensive at all. If I dressed casually more often I would shop here a lot more because I really like the funk so-cal vibes of the clothing here."

"The employees are rude and unhelpful. The manager is the worst. She is incompetent and has no customer service skills. I’ve even witnessed her being rude to her employees. The store is disorganized and none of the employees greet customers or go out of their way to help- which is their job. They should just set up one of those self check out machines and fire everyone that works there. The store would be the same without the employees. Probably better. Go to the pacsun at the mall the employees are way nicer."

"This is my experience from a visit I had on May 23rd, 2016 at 3:30pm. I walked in trying to do some summer shopping. I've been shopping online with PacSun for quite a while now. I decided to visit a store and no one acknowledged me. I stood around for a while until I said "To hell with this. I'm taking my business else where." Because of this, I will no longer shop with PacSun on line or in store. The employees here are rude. Try going somewhere else. There are better establishments in the area."
