"This store has a great selection of clothing and accessories. But it does NOT have any soap in the restroom. How can employees and customers effectively practice hand washing after using the restroom? Also, line is way too long with only two people at checkout."

"This store needs all of the employees removed and replaced with individuals who are grateful for the job and treat customers correctly. Manager OSCAR and employee EMMY are awful. Just AWFUL. I am in the process of getting back surgery in the next few months and I couldn't carry all of my items to my car, since they do not allow anyone to take the shopping Carts to the parking lot. I asked Oscar to either let me take the cart to my car and I would return it or to please help me out to my car with the items because I had my 3 year old son with me and I also have a very bad back and couldn't carry everything to the car. Additionally. I was not leaving yet for I had shopping to do at other stores in the mall. Oscar basically said there's Nothing he could do for me regarding getting the items to my car. Not only did he completely refuse to help me IN ANY WAY whatsoever, he was extremely rude with an attitude the very moment I saw him. He already had an attitude before even talking to me for it was written all over his face. He didn't even care that I'm partially disabled WITH paperwork to prove it. I'm considering reporting this to higher authorities because when I told Lucia, the store manager, she hardly even cared either. Unacceptable."

"Don't apply here, Lucia the store manager is rude has no people skills. She replied to me with "ugh" in a conversation we were having regarding my job offer. I will not work for a company that has these unprofessional managers that think they can talk down on you because they hold a higher position. She really left a horrible impression, as someone who has worked as part of management I would never talk or treat anyone in this manner. Not to mention she had me waiting for an interview for over 20 minutes until someone told me she was actually off she couldn't give a courtesy call to advise me she was off or atleast reschedule? Listen, I'm not sure who's the regional manager of this store but they need to demote Lucia this store just opened and it's disgusting even the employees show no interest in their job how does this store look the way it does when they've only been open a couple months. I'll tell you one thing I'll never step foot in this place as long as she's the manger I'm definitely going to report her to corporate because they need to chime in and check on this store and clean house. This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had while trying to land a job. I actually wish I would've read all the reviews before applying I actually see alot of bad reviews and I'm more than sure they are true based on my experience."

"The manager seemed to be under the influence when I spoke with her. I explained she never called me for my phone interview and that I called the day it was missed, I left my name and number and still received no call back. We were in silence for a moment until I chuckled and she proceeded. Asked my name and my availability and said ok. I responded okayyy? And she said okay yeah idk if they are going to follow up or not. I explained to her I could do her job 10x better than that, because it wasn't hard to reassure a customer and send them away happy. Overall. I wish I could give 0 stars."
