"Everything they answer is a lie. They offered to solve it now because I happened to meet the owner. Send emails or send WhatsApp, they are not responsible for anything. The mattress is the one you sent me to buy before having the bed made. I don't know why they ask the measurements if they are going to make the measurements however they want. Anyone can make a mistake but you were NEVER responsible. They don't respond, they don't try to solve anything. So please stop lying to people"
"I came by this store today with my friend to buy some gifts. There was no one but the two of us and the owner inside. My friend and I were having a normal, friendly conversation while looking around the items displayed when the owner very rudely interrupted us and yelled at us saying "SHHHH!! You very very loud, you give me headache!" while making gestures of hands to both her ears as if my friend and I were yelling inside her store when we were in fact just having a normal conversation. Perhaps that was one of the reasons why despite the rest of the mall and other stores being packed with people (since today was Sunday), her store seemed to be the only one that was empty with no customers inside. Too bad, I was actually considering buying a pair of Golden Goose shoes but since she was rude, I just decided to leave her store."
