"Plenty of parking in strip mall Friendly staff and was seated quickly Ordered two different dumplings and a noodle dish. Everything was good and portion sizes were pretty big. Restaurant is quick popular for dinner and we got their at a good time to get a table."

"Don't go there, worst service ever.We went there tried to grab quick food with my son, a waiter came to us and I asked him if they had steamed bread, that guy unfriendly said : NO! and walked away,  then I told my son no tip to this guy, he does not deserve any tips, we ordered a dish and just want to get out there. I gave a $100 bill to my son to pay the bill, that guy must expected a big tip, who knows my son only left $1.50 tip at the counter, when the guy saw only $1.50 tips he came to our table use his finger point I and the bill: YOU NEED PAY AT LEAST 18%  SERVICE FEE, THIS IS THE RULE, IF YOU DON'T WANT PAY TIPS  DO NOT COME HERE......!this was unbelievable, you do not have service, you do not deserve any tips at all, if you want tips you need earn it. !!!!!!!! He tried to fight with me, can not believe they had such stupid waiter,  this guy was about 30s and wears glasses, about 5"10, a little chubby.Just don't go there, spend money somewhere worth it, tip to the friendly and hard workers who really earned it."

"This is my family's new favorite restaurant! The food is SO tasty, and the service is really great and family friendly. I have two very young children, and the staff is always very warm with them, taking the time to make my babies smile, and even brought us a biscuit when they saw the kids getting restless. They even brought out a broom and didn't let us pick up the floor after a messy 1 year old ate dinner. And everything that we've ordered has been a generous portion, and really delicious."

"I really like this place! The first time I tried Joyee’s was at 99 Ranch, and now they closed the 99 ranch location and have new locations at Poway and 4s ranch. That’s nice because it’s closer to where I live. All the foods I’ve tried so far are pretty nice. I really love the shredded pork with wood ears 鱼香肉丝, also the cucumber salad. Their service is very sweet and friendly as well."

"This was our first time in this restaurant yesterday except for our oldest daughter who has been here before. We were a party of 12 and I called to make a reservation. I was a little worried about the service and the quality of the food. We ate at their sister restaurant in 4S Ranch a few months ago and were not impressed with the dishes and the service . When we arrived, a server was preparing our table. She was very welcoming and attentive. The dishes were very tasty and large portion. The service was fast. We’ll definitely be back again."
