"Would not recommend due to poor customer service. I don’t live in OC so I hasn’t been back in 2 months to complete some Christmas returns. Had already done two exchanges at 2 other fashion island stores with no problem. And I didn’t have receipts for either of those items either. Went to exchange a shirt for one size up, and the shirt was there and the original had never been worn and had tags on, yet they wouldn’t let me simply exchange it. May seem like a small thing, but customer service is everything. The products themselves are fine."
