"In my experience so far one of the worst Subways nationwide. My sub was so depressed I felt bad for it. Moody staff, didn't expect that.. put their emotions into food, so dramatic for after work meal. Normal few years ago, avoiding now for good. If you dont have Penn Station or Jersey Mikes=Del Lago Subway near 15 is 100% higher quality food, portions, fast, and staff way better trained compared to this one."

"This place has gone down hill since the owner passed and his sister took over…the help sucks and I get less for your money I will drive to the other ones before I come back to this one which is 2 minutes from me"

"absolutely disgusting. i ordered the same sandwich twice, the first time getting a refund because there was nothing but tuna on the sandwich, i order again and they do THE SAME THING. i ordered enough toppings where it was impossible to miss. there was cheese meant to be on there too! i’m absolutely appalled. i had to call them TEN TIMES before they responded. this is the worst subway i’ve ever been so unfortunate to buy from."

"Terrible customer service!! Hispanic young dude did not seem to want to work today. I greeted him with a hello as I walked and zero response. Sandwich was only okay but I'm not blaming him for that. And I said thank you as I walked out didn't get any response from him again and no thank you from him. I just hope he doesn't go home and beat his dog. Management could do tons better than that employee. I definitely won't be back to that store"
