Domino's Pizza

"Even with tip, the order was delivered late, an hour beyond original estimated delivery period. All my guests left because they couldn't wait for the pizza to arrive. At least the pizza was hot when finally delivered. This is the third time this Domino's location had let me down. Either I give up on the chain, or this location - something tells me I may be let down again."

"Always have issues with this store no matter what I do, I can carry out or order delivery. It doesn’t matter. There’s always something wrong. Either they don’t do enough toppings or they burn my food. I just never thought I’d wait 2 hour for a delivery until they closed the store and I couldn’t even call them anymore to get my food. They always find a way to screw it up and when I call to complain about them smashing my pizza or say something about waiting 30 minutes for a carry out order I placed online they act like I’m some sort of a pretentious jerk. I worked at a pizza place for a long time too, I never gave anyone an attitude over our screw up and simply made it right. I don’t think I’ll be grabbing anything from here anymore and that sucks because they are the designated dominos for my area. Terrible service. Wish y’all would’ve just brought me my food. Thanks for nothing! I better get a full refund."

"Called to order pizza... called 45 mins later, system said out for delivery. Called 90 mins later live person said driver just took my order to deliver it.. now going on 2hrs 15 mins and no pizza... can't get update person puts you on hold and doesnt give time for response.. So you sit in silence forever.... They lie and telll you pizza is on the way and its not... Never seen such bad service like this... Still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting.."

"I have had multiple issues with this location, but each time I give them the benefit of the doubt. I was hoping that the sucky service was just a one time thing. NOPE! I was wrong again. This order I just made, will be the last time I order here! I left a 30% tip on a $40 order because it was placed a bit late in the evening. The delivery driver Brianna, marked my order as "Delivered" and it definitely wasn't delivered. So I called the store and told the guy that answered what happened. He had me on hold for a while, then all of a sudden Brianna showed up and looked very frustrated, and completely unapologetic. My delivery instructions said to "Please call me when you get to gate so I can open", That didn't happen. On top of that, they forgot the 2 liter soda (Dr. Pepper) that I ordered as well. So I call back again, the same guy answers, I again, tell him that the driver forgot the 2 liter soda he said "Oh I'm sorry about that, would you like me to have Brianna bring it back to you?" I said "Yes please.", then he responded with "Well, actually she has a few more deliveries so...". So then I just asked for a refund for the drink and was told "No, but I can give you a free pizza your next order?". No thanks. I've been offered that before and was told there were no notes or anything for free on the next order, that order was awful too! It looked like someone just stomped on the pizza it was all deformed looking, the cheese and toppings were all over the place on the inside of the box lid, sides to, and completely off the pizza. I called that in, and the guy that answered was laughing. The customer service is just the worst!!! I will stick with Pizza Hut."
