"Went to Old Navy in City of Industry CA today. One thing that stood out at this site is I was approached by two associates at different times willing to assist me. I haven't seen this kind of service from any stores in decades. I have an illness that attack me with no warning; it happened while I was here. The associates gave me water and help sitted me. It was at about 2:30 PM shift and I can not stop telling my circle of people how happy I am to see such young people showing compassion and assistance thank you team"
"On Dec 24th, I visited Old Navy, I was greeted by Hanna she was so helpful, great customer service and gave me great recommendations. I ended up purchasing this boots (picture below) after I checked neighbouring stores, what I saw was not impressive. These boots they are so comfortable and this was the only size it had. Like these boots were waiting on me. Lol. Definitely will shop there again."
