"I don’t know how this place has four out of five stars. Before they were on point now they just don’t pay attention. I always order the same thing for my 80 and 90-year-old grandparents Today I had to scrape the cheese off one patty, which was a beyond patty and put it onto the other patty, which is a regular patty because my grandmother cannot have meat or cheese. I ordered the regular patty with no vegetables, and they did the beyond with no vegetables. They also put the mayo on the wrong burger. I can’t believe these people get $20 an hour."

"Look people may not agree with me but between 2012- 2015 was way better than now. Back then they were not lazy to take your meal to the table. Specially the food back then was better than now. I really didn’t like how one of the employee disrespect me and the others. I asked “why do you take the food the table anymore?” Employee said “everyone need to exercise to loose weight.” I was not happy that she said that. Others Carls.Jr are not lazy or disrespectful. I wish they can be more respectful and be more energize and better supervisor/Employees."

"I’m usually not disappointed when visiting Carls Jr but today was the exception. When I placed my order, the team member was very attentive and efficient. It started with my visit to the restroom where I noticed a team member failed to wash hands after using the toilet. When I reported it I was informed they wash them in the back when they return?? Seems odd - they are touching door handles and other surfaces. When my food arrived, the presentation was great. However, the temperature was lukewarm warm- cold after a few bites. Then I noted the table I sat at was marked with graffiti. Then looking next to me in the dining room, there was a piece of cove base missing and a seat cushion missing- this place really needs an upgrade. Since it’s in an area I’m in frequently, I’ll probably give them a second chance."

"Ordered the new Guacamole burger because the commercial makes it look so delicious but instead this is what I got. So disappointed and false advertisement! Don’t waste your money on this burger!"

"Food was very veeery disappointing! Ordered the 3 piece “hand breaded” chicken, and look at the trash they served me. Fries were super cold when I got home(I live up the hill from Carl’s Jr). I was the only customer in the drive through, so I’m sure all the food was sitting there for a while. My burger buns were straight cold. Everything sucked"
