"I was the Asst Manger.This is the worst job I've ever had. Management is two faced. I felt this was a good move because the money was good!! But the store manager never gave me the Asst Manger training.. Like I seen her do with her new hires. She has no problem yelling at me in front of the customer's. I have filled a complaint with corporate. I was having problems with my W-2. The dm would not even hardly helped she told him to come 1-800 Claire's. Here's the funny thing my daughter law called her from her phone because she works in HR. And the DM was more helpful for her. She told her to tell me to check my email! That was the first I ever heard of it I didn't get my W-2 until March 3rd!!"

"WRETCHED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just attempted to call to ask about an order I placed yesterday and I was treated like an unwanted pest because I wasn't asking about a piercing. All I wanted to know was if I could have a general time frame but I was treated so horribly, I hung up before I even got to ask that question."

"I just got my cartilage pierced today and the girl who works there did absolutely phenomenal! I would mention her name if I could remember it. I didn’t even feel it! She was so helpful with the home care information and procedure questions I had while still making it a quick and painless experience! 10/10 recommend"

"Had a horrible experience at this location. They had a clearance section I asked the lady 2 times if it was all 2$ she said yes with an attitude I took my things to the register the one thing rang up regular price so I asked why, she said not everything over there is on sale (after she said it was twice) so I said well it’s in clearance along with other ones. She said well we put stuff there that’s not on Sale so basically she said they falsely advertise clearance products. I asked her for the corporate number she said “google” it then I asked her her name she said “figure it out”! Then said do you still want the stuff smh I told her absolutely not! I called customer service a few times with no return call. I will never shop there again!"

"Extrodinary service. The manager was extremely helpful in assisting me . She gave me the best service I have received in a retail store in years. She was patient with me and went to the back of her store to find the items I was looking for at a discounted rate. This lady deserves to get a raise. She was awesome to me even though I was in the store around closing time. It is extremely rare to get service of this level in a retail store and I appreciated her attitude and assistance."
