"We've been repeat offenders to this establishment for a decade or so. The foods usually consistent but, sometimes you have to ask for fresh fries because about 40% of the time the fires seem to be reheated or refried. I've been a fan of the chicken salad, as the chicken breast is outstanding, as is the greens. Wifey likes the whiskey river burger and the drinks, staff and facility are very nice"

"I never leave a one star, even if I feel like maybe a place deserves it but this DEFINITELY needs to be known... I've been here a few times and I always have enjoyed it, however, last night (Feb 29), we (my disabled son, partner and myself) were sitting in the bar area being served by the bartender/waitress.. My son's impulsive and tried ordering for himself (like he does but needs help with), in my attempt to assist him, the waitress cut me off, ignored me completely and placed an inappropriate order that I tried to avoid.. Then, was very rude to me the entire time (placing my food/drink clear across the table from me, giving everyone else their food way ahead of mine, etc).... I asked for my burger well done, it wasn't, so I asked for it to be fixed, it wasn't... I left so upset, confused and honestly just plain sad! Thankfully, she didn't charge for it so that was cool I guess. . . But the service, food and attitude were down right inappropriate, rude and unprofessional.... I don't think I'll ever go back."

"I've been going to this restaurant since I was a kid and I've observed a noticeable drop in the quality of the food at this restaurant. Furthermore, I was fiest disappointed with the DIY root beer float I had, as I was served soft serve ice cream and flat root beer given in two separate glasses. Additionally, the refill of fries I ordered looked unappetizing, and the burger I got was lacking in flavor."

". Took the family out and the food nobody wanted to eat it. We were also seated literally up against other guests at a table after I requested a booth but was informed that there was only one server and that was the only table available. The whole restaurant was empty and now I know why. The staff was nice and trying but not enough staff to cover the clients. I will never return."

"There were 7 of us dining together on a Thursday evening. They were busy that night and service was slow to take our orders for drinks and food, as well as our refills for bottomless fries. I ordered their Ensenada Chicken Platter with fries. The chicken breast portions were smaller than expected, but otherwise the flavor was good and moist for a skinless chicken breast. We also ordered a few appetizers--their Towering Onion Rings and Cheesy Mozzarella Twists. Both were great choices with enough in volume to share among 7 adults."
