"just came back from getting my sandwich and got home and it's missing avocado my sub is really easy ham bacon Swiss avocado and mayo I don't get how they have enough time n can't get it right!!! I wonder if they can refund me my bacon money cuz they charge u for it not gonna let them keep that money"

"I ordered 2 mexicali chicken with avocado...and guess what they forgot the avocado on both footlongs we pay extra for the avocado is not hard to follow steps disappointed!!!"

"I received awful service on 5/8/23 at 12:55pm 2 employee males were working; the young male ignored me when I walked in he had no line and turned his back on me. A second male older man came from the back like 5 minutes later and took my order but never once picked up his head and made eye contact. When i told him that there was no people ahead of me and what was the reason why they made me wait so long to take my order the man just walked away and did not care that subway gives bad service to a customer. The other employee muttered something when I walked out the door. Very poor customer service and unprofessionalism at this Subway. Also my bread was not fresh."

"It took the worker over 20 minutes just to make a Italian blt without even knowing what goes on it. He didn’t even know how to properly cut the bread ,lay out the ingredients & how to even use the oven!!! He didn’t know how to wrap the sandwiches & to finish it off he gave me napkins all crumbled up in a fist form . I don’t know who is training them but this is definitely not up to subways expected standards on service. I should of just went to McDonalds & would’ve got my order well laid out. There was also a female who didn’t know either & refused to help while there was over 4 customers in line shaking their heads at what they were seeing first hand. She instead went out to the back to “pack ingredients “ Poor management completely. Looks like a sandwich made from a little kid."
