"Usually the service here is slow and nothing to talk about, but this evening, we went there for take out and Miguel was an excellent server. He was friendly, and genuine and such a patient young man. He happily answered my questions about pricing as a combo or buying a main and side without the drink. The couple behind me was elderly and he showed them such patience, which I’m sure they appreciated as much as I did. Great job, Miguel!"

"I’m picky eater and always make a custom sandwich and at 3:30 AM on 11/28/23 I was greeted with the most pleasant service and was already thinking wow I should leave a good review but what sealed the deal completely is when she said “okay I will see you next time” and gave me a thumbs up. To management, whomever those two ladies who were working tonight are, they deserve a raise. Good people keep like that build loyalty"
"Manager named Erica gave out wrong sauce and had to go back around. They are ALWAYS forgetting something at this location. Despite there only being 3 cars in the drive through be prepared to wait 30 minutes. They take forever and are never very nice. Whether they give you the wrong drink, sauce, or put cheese on something you asked for no cheese on there will always be something wrong. The employees need to work on their attitudes. I worked in customer service, i get it’s not fun. But they need to at least do the bare minimum. Some of the employees are always high and look like it too. Get it together."
