"Great products and great people, but bad customer service. Usually you need to place an order and wait 2-3 business days so they can have it in store. Placed an order last werk Wensday said it would be at store today monday. Asked if i could get an invoice sent to my e-mail and the lady who i spoke to said “we need to charge your CC on file” and i simply stated that that was weird because usually when ever i place an order on the phone they never charge it, and i just pay in store when ever im picking up. She said she was going to call me back , because that is something they do not do, i never received a call. I call today monday because i was wondering if they had placed my order so i could send someone to pick it up or pick it up next day. Soo i was told they did mot place my order because i had refused to pay and that they did call me 2 once wensday and second time thursday and because i didnt answer they went ahead and cancelled. I told her i never received a call and asked what number they had called. She gave me the owners phone number and i asked her if she had left a voice message, she replied with no because nobody answered and thats why we canceled the order. So i asked her well then you shouldve charged the card. I asked her i needed the items eaither by today or the latest tommorow all she said was we can do thursday. Now i dont mind if it had happen once but when it is the second time already i start doubting how they are doing business. Sooo the bad thing is people love the shirts we get bad thing is they are bad with their service."

"Walked into this store to place a large reorder and was harassed by 2 employees who could clearly not speak English , because I had a service dog with me. Please note that it is against the law to prohibit service dogs in any store!!!! You lost my business as well....."
