"Went to this location and had the worst customer service experience of my life. On October 1st, 2023 in the afternoon around 2:30 PM, a girl wearing glasses helped me and my family. She was rude, was upset when we decided to add two more sandwiches to our order (no one was behind us, the store was empty), and she told us "Any other last minute sandwiches you want to add?" After this she also said she'd be more upset if there were other people in the store. It's your job to make these sandwiches, you're not doing us a favor by doing your job, so don't act like it. This location doesn't care about anything like that though. Go to the subway on Woodland Parkway and Mission Ave, they're better."

"This store used old bread and as the result, the crumbles are all over. Felt that I got cheated! Never going to have this Subway again no complaints about the service. Thebmanay ahouy be reviewed the quality (don't sell old bread!)."

"One person working. 2 customers ahead of me. Took 20 minutes for them to get rung up. I was next in line, but an online order for 5 subs came in. Worker was gonna make me wait until after he was done with the online order to take mine, no thanks. 30 minutes of my time, to leave empty handed with only 2 other customers in the store. Not coming back."
