"Okay this is officially The last time I’m ordering. I ordered off Uber eats and my fries were literally had ice crystals on them and like raw salt and my chicken wings breaded was not even fried all ther waay. Awful and wasted 35. Literally like raw food my last time throw out. The times I’ve had the food here the oil is not drained and there was a pool of it and then the fries are not cooked through or separated. I’m not sure why but the flavor oil batter seems bit unusually salty. I’m not sure why when I order online, a full combo or anything I can never get a soda beverage with my order, it’s always missing"

"Cashier was inattentive… I had to repeat my order twice on two different cashiers on two different register… the place was a mess in the kitchen and on the guest area… out of towel/tissue/napkin…. Sauce not included? You gotta pay for a ranch sauce in order to enjoy the wings? It’s a rip off!… 20 minutes wait for 10 wings on one customer? It’ll take forever on peak time to get your food… people got 30 minutes avg work lunch to enjoy meal not wait on it. All these wage increase demand for a incompetent service employees."

"I want to start by saying I really wanted to like this place but sadly it didn’t turn out that way. I went to Wingstop as an alternative to Wings and Things/Epic Wings. Well that was a mistake. The service was horrible. I completely understand that workers/employees might get frustrated at times but no one greeted us when we came into the restaurant, there were 6 workers, and after ordering our food it took 35-40 minutes to get out to go order. Then as we waited we noticed the dining area. It was filthy…and I mean absolutely filthy. Literally ever table had leftover food and trash on it. It was so bad that you could tell it had not been either cleaned or they simply don’t care. The most disturbing thing about the condition of the dining area was the fact that there was one one table of patrons and the rest of the dining area was empty. All the while there is exceeding amounts of trash on all of the tables. Finally after what seemed to be an eternity for our food to be cooked as we watched the workers move at a pace slower slower than molasses, we were given our two cups to go fill our drinks and the drink station was absolutely destroyed. Paper, lids, napkins, straws everywhere. You had no place to even put your drink down to secure a lid. We will never go back to this establishment. A word of caution to anyone reading this message. Stop before even going and head down the street to either Buffalo Wild Wings or Epic Wings/Wings and Things. Those two establishments are clean, have great customer service, and food. Wing Stop on San Marcos BLVD brings down the city. It’s a shame. Don’t go here, save your money, time, and your chicken wing experience."

"When I walked in three staff members looked at me, didn't say anything, then all 3 walked in the back. After 15 minutes i ordered my food and went to the restroom. There was no toilet paper. Paper towels. Etc. The bathroom was dirty. I will never come back here. This place won't be in business much longer. You can't treat customers like this and expect any repeat business. My advice to anyone reading this is Don't waste your time or money. This place stinks."
