"I love flame broiler and come here often because it’s a healthy option near my job. But I’m giving 1 star because I don’t understand why they advertise wings and never have them defrosted. I would get these EVERY TIME I order, but always get answer that it would take 15-20 minutes to get the wings defrosted. Why why why do you not have them cooked!? Why are they on your menu or on the advertised stand out front as a new menu option of you obviously don’t want to sell them. I’ve never even been able to try them once because I’m not going to wait the 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break for them to be defrosted."

"Placed an online order for 12:15pm. When I arrived at 12:22pm the order ticket was still sitting at the register. They made it about 5 minutes after I arrived, which I don’t mind waiting. The problem I had is with the food. I had a mini beef bowl and the beef was tough and chewy. I didn’t even finish my bowl. I think they changed their meat distributor, this beef now is like a thin shaved beef. The staff seemed really disorganized. There was grayish looking chicken sitting on the grill that looked questionable… overall not impressed, go down the street to Surf Brothers."

"Ohh Im so happy i found this place!! My friends and I always have lunch around this plaza and we tried this place the first time today. Such affordable price for amazing volume if food! Im usually still hungry at most of lunch place but this place's regular bowl made me full. And they are relativeley healthy. Meat and veggies, brown rice etc. Tofu option is great. Love the selections of sauces. Staffs are friendly and cheerful. We will roundup our friends and come back here again for sure !!!"

"Out of pricipal I have to warn people. They are charging well above posted prices. Add 20-21% to whatever they advertise on the menu. See pics. Was on the road all day so decided to grab a quick Angus beef mini bowl for my dog for $5.60 and and a regular half and half for $7.35. Was charged [before tax] $7.10 and $9.25. If the prices changed that is one thing but you need to tell people, otherwise get up on a ladder and fix it. One star was from my dog...she didn't notice and 2 because we ate it all. Minus 2 stars for management/ownership."
