"I've gone here 3 times now and will never go again. First time was actually pretty good, but it was still their grand opening. Every other time I've gone they've totally screwed up my food. The experience of waiting in a drive-thru for 20+minutes to receive cold, overpriced, missing ingredient, flat soda and of course I didn't get a receipt to verify I was being ripped off. This final visit it took 10 minutes in the drive then I get home to find my sandwich doesn't have pickles, my soda look like dirty water (completely flat) and the modification I made for 5pc tenders w/o a drink made the "meal" more expensive than a combo! I had to drive back to the store where the employees made me feel like I was being ridiculous because I wanted to make my $30 meal up to basic standards. They offered me $5 refund for my sandwich, but made no consideration that they wasted tons on my time and failed to mention they made my tenders with a side a more expensive "dinner meal" then failed to give me a receipt. This establishment does not care about its customers, their time, their quality or customer service. 0/10"

"This is a hole in the wall size Popeyes with very little seating. But it was well staffed and the kitchen was hopping. My order was taken quickly and my food came out before I had a chance to take out phone and start scrolling through YouTube. I ordered the blackened spicy chicken sandwich and it was just perfect. The chicken was plump and juicy like a Baywatch model and had just the right amount of sauce. And I can get it on a Sunday."

"horrible service. manager named Joanne has the absolute worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. again the manager is named JOANNE, don’t come here unless you want get told off by someone who is supposed to be representing a family company. this was supposed to be 14 pieces and once called and confronted about getting leftover tiny chicken she said there is nothing she can do because she “can’t look at the cameras” or ask her employees what pieces of chicken they put. when told we had a photo she said it wasn’t enough despite having a receipt and timestamps. HORRIBLE MANAGER NAMED JOANNE!!!"

"I NEVER TRIED "POPEYE'S" & TODAY I DECIDED TO TRY IT & MAN WAS IT A BAD EXPERIENCE!! THE SANDWICH WAS HORRIBLE AND THOSE MENU PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! I PAID BASICALLY 13$ FOR THE CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL , I ORDERED CAJUN FRIES THE FRIES WERE TRASH ! NO CAJUN FLAVOR AT ALL ! THE SANDWICH WASN'T SPICY AT ALL I WAS EXPECTING A CHICKEN BREAST DIPPED OR SEASONED BUT THEY PUT SOME SAUCE ON THE BUNS AND THATS ALL , SHOULD HAVE GONE TO WINGSTOP BUT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GOOD , TOO PLAIN! SIMPLE! & OVERPRICED NEVER IN MY LIFE RETURNING!"
