"Inconsistent quality from various visits. Some dishes such as pork fried rice usually very good. Others such as shrimp and lobster sauce vary greatly. Yesterday was very salty and sauce was very thin. Time before was very good."

"The search is over for flavorful authentic Chinese cuisine in N County because this is the best spot for this food. The Singapore noodles are outstanding, hot & sour soup was spicy without being too salty, green beans were fresh with a sweet sauce. Service was fast & friendly. Prices reasonable. Atmosphere is pseudo-dive but is offset by high-quality food. Great stuff, Chef Tang!"
