"Used to love shopping here but after my recent experience today I will never be shopping here again. Like everyone else, the older woman running the shop is rude and mean. I was looking at the size tags and she snapped and yelled at me to not touch anything and if I wanted to find something I had to ask. This rubbed me the wrong way and decided to leave because this experience completely ruined the shopping experience for me and did not want to be in here any longer. When I tried to leave she tried to stop me from leaving while trying to explain herself about the tags and how they don't carry any sizes smaller than small. If you're going to work customer service, learn how to treat your customers with respect."
"Went in there but immediately left after seeing this cute brunette being pressured to buy clothes. So this was a couple days ago I'm not sure when. I wasn't going to post this review but it's really bothering me. So this girl was looking at this striped sweater and really wanted it. At first the employee seemed really friendly a little pushy but friendly. But I guess the sweater was too much for the girl cuz she looks like she was trying to back out of it really politely and the woman wouldn't take no for an answer and kept trying to make her by other stuff. And eventually the girl told her that she just paid rent and that she didn't have enough money and the employee was just like how much do you have on you and the girls at 20 or something in the employee was like "that's useless to me" and I felt so bad for the girl because she was just smiling awkwardly and then left. Anyway I was not going to buy the dress that I wanted. Add much rather go somewhere else"
"The old woman working there had a real bad energy. Very unfriendly and pressures you to make purchases. She yelled at some girls who came out of the fitting room accusing them of taking photos. Who the f cares if they’re taking photos?? Show some respect and decency to fellow human beings. This place won’t last."
"The younger woman (brunette) that worked here was a snob and talked down to me. Very off putting so I didn’t buy what I wanted. (1pm Saturday august 19). Very happy I didn’t buy their best selling “in your dreams” romper for 80$ because I just found it online for 30$ by googling “off shoulder romper dress”. Your welcome shoppers."
"Bought two beautiful dresses for the summer weather. The older lady working was very kind and helped me pick out dresses that would look good on me! Can't wait for the online store as I don't live in CA."
