"Date: 02/03/24 Time: 02:04 I pulled into Jack in the Box because I was hungry. I waited at the ordering sign for over two minutes without an acknowledgment and decided to leave. As I passed the drive-thru, I saw five lovely ladies standing at the window and the worker was having a great time with them. I went someplace else."
"Staff are absolutely awesome. Food is good as it gets at Jack's. Transient people often using the bathroom for a shower, and/or not respecting the property. Staff handle it well."

"If you are looking for a good Jack In The Box, leave OB. I hate that this is the only fast food restaurant within the neighborhood. I have never successfully ordered anything from this location. Don’t even try. I wish this location would close so that I could get delivery from one that actually provides all of the menu items they are supposed to offer. I’ve never been able to get a shake from here, I couldn’t even get a soda, and the sauces I requested were nowhere to be found. 3rd time trying, never again."
