McDonald's

"Never going back to this location. This place is bad for a McDonald's which is saying a lot. Sat there for over 10 minutes at the curbside pickup without a single sign either at the McDonald's, or the app telling us that they weren't doing curbside at the moment. When we went up to the drive thru, the worker there was dismissive, not helpful and was giving us attitude for no reason. She asked for a code that wasn't provided to curbside pickup and even after explaining clearly to her, the best she could do was essentially say guess you're not getting what you paid for then. If we didn't push back we would have been robbed of $20. Even when we got our food though, they didn't have straws or the sauce in the sealed bag they handed us. Luckily we found out before leaving the parking lot. But unlucky we had to go back to the drive thru and deal with these incompetent and rude employees. Now to talk about the food, it honestly was the worst food I've had at a McDonald's yet, especially when you consider that it was 11 o'clock, right when they start serving the lunch menu. The Big Mac was lukewarm, and the fries were definitely older than it could possibly be at that time. If you're gonna serve day old food, at least learn how to microwave it properly. This place deserves to close down. I'm never coming back to this location again."

"Last night using McDonald’s apps, I placed a order for 1 Mcchicken 1 McDouble 1 Med fries 1 large unsweetened tea with lemonade ( 2.99 plus Tax. ) Using the drive thru to pick up my order, I notice my drinks is a sweet tea and not the drink I order. I addressed the issue to the server. She begin to be rude and claim it what I had order. I show her the receipt but she continue to be unprofessional and rude. Not willing to resolve the issue, I ask to speak to a supervisor/ duty managers. She decline and said they are busy at the moment. She offer to refund me for the drink I kindly said Okay. When I get the refunds, they short me on the amount. I advise her I paid 2.99 plus tax but she only give me 1.90, she started to show irritation and become loud and rude. I asked to speak to the supervisor/manager which is next to her. She decline and said Claudia doesn’t speak English. I ask for a manager so I can write a complaint, then she give me a name of Betty. ( I suspected both name is made up) I been patiently waiting for the order to be corrected (manager hiding behind the server). Server is now making threats. Said loudly, if I don’t move my car then she’ll call the police. (mean while other workers and the manager behind laughing). What a terrible experience, I drive always upsets, robbed of my refund difference, be little by McDonald’s server, and threaten to have local police called on me. (Having the thought of Police minorities shooting at higher rate. I decide to continue on with my life and let a big corporation rob me of my principles and monies.) "I used my points today to order a large moca frappe and I requested extra drizzle, cael and chocolate and stated that I will pay extra for it, if it's possible and it was it came to $1.08. I ordered it but I had to use the restroom really bad I tried waiting but whoever was in there had the restroom sowed up so I headed back to the front and I seen a large frappe with only chocolate in the cup it was just a little bit more than normal and Antonio who had taken my order, was really busy by the time I made my way back to to front and he noticed me and seen the frappe that the lady tried handing me but he did a quick interception like on football grabbed the cup and made me another frappe this was done w/o me saying a word about anything, it's like he knew, and let me tell you, I have never seen superb customer service like he displayed in a very long time and even though I pay extra for the drizzle whenever I ordered these frappe at various places and never had anyone truly taken the effort into giving extra drizzle as in Antonio did this morning! You really madey day! You are on point and pay attention to fine details even though you busy multitasking in a faced paced environment as it was extremely busy with morning rush when I came to this McDonald's on 12th street in east Oakland across from dollar tree and the laundry matt... I just thought I would share this with everyone..."

"Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Ordering was easy on one of their many self serve kiosks however the kiosk I used didn’t print a receipt. Ordered to table and food was delivered fairly quickly. Some of the pancakes were crunchy and the English muffins were all soggy. If the muffins had been crunchy and the pancakes soggy then food would have been perfect. Very noisy environment as one another guest watched tv or videos on his phone at high volume without consideration to others. Other guests spoke loudly on their phones without consideration to others."

"if i could give it a no star i would messed up my order then who has had whole ice in their frappe after waiting 20minutes never going back"
