"Service was good and the and the ambience was nice. The food was underwhelming. The pasta was not good at all. We couldn’t finish more than a few bites. The pizza was ok but the crust needed to be cooked a little bit more. I did enjoy the espresso."

"We came here because Food and wine ranked A16 as the second best place for pizza in America for 2023. That's impressive. We sat outside, couldn't get a seat inside, which is okay. The seats were okay, not great. The booth outside was good, not great. We ordered the fried olives and calamari. Olives were good, but you should like olives to order them. The calamari was good, but the shing star of that dish were the beans, which had a beautiful crust and were tender, maybe a little too soft, but still wonderful. As far as the pizzas were concerned, the star was the crust. It was tangy, a little crusty but soft and chewy, full of gluten and light, not overly burnt. The key was the texture, but even more impressive was the flavor of the crust. It was fully flavored, not bland at all. We chose margaritas, sausage, and the mushroom with sausage added. The toppings were fine. I liked the broccoli rabe, but others didn't like the bitterness. We all thought the margarita was the way to go. The gooey cheese, light on the sauce. Pretty great. Is it the 2nd best pizza in America? Maybe the crust is........."

"I’ve been coming here for many years since they opened in the neighborhood. More upscale, Italian food known for their fire oven pizzas. There is a bar area which you can sit which we have never done but we have sat in the main dining area and at the bar dining area. Apparently, there is also a dark dining area in the back, which I was not aware of, but people don’t want to sit there. They also added a few Parklet tables since the pandemic. We often order pizza from here to take to the Irish pub next-door. Sometimes they automatically delivered to us there. We have also attended the feast of the seven fishes for Christmas Eve."
