Athleta

"I bought several Athleta branded items as a gift for my wife from an online store. My wife went into the Athleta store in El Segundo to get a 1-for-1 exchange OR a credit so she could purchase other Athleta clothes. The clothes were brand new with the Athleta tags still on them and they would not accept them, even though the items were clearly Athleta items. So the store does not represent Athleta. It's simply another local retail store trying to maximize that one store's profit, regardless of how it might impact customer service from the larger company. The second star is given because the store gave my wife a $50 gift card to use on their $100+ items (a somewhat nice gesture)...which is just encouraging my wife to buy one overpriced item at a regular price but really hoping she'll buy several overpriced items. Again, focused on local profit, not on fairness to their customers."

"Athleta has some fantastic pieces and the quality is amazing. They also offer free hems!! They social distance and masks required for in store shopping. If you are concerned you can order online and use the curbside pick up. Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable. The shop is spotless and well stocked. They also provide free catalogs right outside the front door. I fell in love with a couple pieces and I am definitely going to return. I hadn't planned this visit. I went with my sister so this was my first experience in this shop. It is located at the The Point shopping center. Love it. I'm adding a bunch of pics"

"Really lovely fabrics, amazing staff: friendly, helpful, really wonderful, non judging women who don't push, but work to help guests find what they need. Tailoring, shipping ordering from other stores are all provided at no additional charge."

"If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would.... I’ve gone in this store multiple times and each time my experience is worse. The workers are nothing but rude. They hire young girls who know nothing about customer service or even know how to put a smile on their face. Their life time guarantee is bogus to. Will not be shopping in here again."

"Really like the location of this Athleta. Close to many other shops in this mall. I love the tops they have for working out. Usually lots of color choices and variety. Sometimes the fabric quality changes so that is the only thing I don't like. Friendly Staff and very helpful!"
