Matisse Footwear

"Review on behalf of my wife. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! She bought a pair of boots specifically for a vacation were we taking. She ordered with plenty of time for them to be delivered. However, the delivery date kept getting pushed back. She proceeded to call FEDEX about the package and they could not give her a straight answer about where the package was. These shoes are coming from a facility less than 45 minutes from our home. After FEDEX could not help, she sent a message to this company for assistance. they DO NOT have a phone number so you cannot call for help. With no response, she sent a second message and did not get a response again. To sum it up the boots came after our vacation, and still no response from this company. Also, boots were $135 and should cost $45- very cheaply made!!"
