"They told me almost everything i asked for was currently unavailable. My husband and I ended ordering something we didn't even want. We pay for the food we settled for and asked if we could get some BBQ and ranch. She gave us 1 ranch, 1 bbq, and 3 ketchup packets for 2 large meals. She proceeded to tell me that it was an additional 29 cents for any more sauce we want. I ended up throwing my $10 meal away. The fries were really gross and the burger I ordered cam with a stale bun, small patty, 3 little soggy onion rings, and a literal dot of bbq sauce."

"Always friendly customer service. The drive thru is quick and efficient. The staff is nice and usually all smiles. And IF they make a mistake with your order, if you're polite and don't act all kinds of crazy then and treat them like a fellow human being, then they have no problem correcting the situation."
